Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Jacob Bollman, OD
Primary Offices: Ortonville, Benson, Granite
Dr. Bollman, a Granite Falls native, graduated from Yellow Medicine East High School before earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia College in Moorhead in 2009. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2013.
Committed to serving the community he grew up in, Dr. Bollman is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to patients of all ages. He and his wife, Emmy, his high school sweetheart, are proud parents of five children. “We love being back in the area, close to family and friends. When we’re not at work, we’re spending time with our kids and enjoying the outdoors together.”

Dr. Todd Trudel, OD
Primary Offices: Benson, Granite
Dr. Trudel, originally from Cando, ND, completed his undergraduate studies in Valley City, ND, before attending Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) in Chicago. He graduated in 1990, finishing in the top 4% of his class with Magna Cum Laude honors. Recognized as the top clinician in his graduating class of 160 doctors, Dr. Trudel brings decades of expertise to his patients.
He completed his residency rotation at the Veterans Administration Clinic, specializing in glaucoma management and anterior/posterior eye disorders. In 1990, he opened his private practice in Granite Falls, later expanding to Madison in 1992, followed by Benson and Ortonville.
Dr. Trudel and his wife, Nancy, live in Granite Falls with their three daughters. Outside of work, they enjoy sports and quality family time together.
